If you apply for a position, we may collect information about your experience, character, qualifications and screening checks (including background, health, references, identity, eligibility to work, and criminal history). Sensitive information will only be collected with your consent.

Information may be exchanged with academic institutions, recruiters, screening providers, health providers, professional bodies, law enforcement agencies, referees and current or previous employers.

We may be unable to consider your application without this information.

 

3. Employees and Contractors

This section applies to current and former employees and contractors.

We take reasonable steps to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or alteration. Staff are required to treat sensitive information as confidential.

Information no longer required will be destroyed or de-identified where appropriate.

When you use our websites or online tools, we may collect information such as pages visited, downloads and usage times for statistical and administrative purposes.
